Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market changes or currency fluctuation. Payment terms must be agreed prior to dispatch.

6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or weather. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. You should inspect goods on receipt and report any issues within the timeframes below.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our produce, returns are only accepted under specific conditions as outlined in our Returns Policy.

We strive to ensure all produce meets agreed specifications and complies with applicable UK food import standards. However, we will not be liable for loss resulting from improper storage, handling after delivery, or delays outside our control.
