Because we sell perishable goods, returns are limited and time-sensitive.

Reporting Issues

If goods arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video evidence

Eligible Claims

We will consider returns if:

  • Products are delivered in a compromised condition
  • Incorrect items were dispatched

Remedies

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • Replacement produce
  • Partial refund
  • Credit note towards future orders

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Claims are made after 24 hours
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery has occurred
  • The condition of goods cannot be verified
